You can start with a Multi Model team, Customer Support team, Social Media Team, Sales team, Business Intelligence Team, or Fully Business Workforce. Each team activates the agents needed for that workflow.
Can Softyu Office use my company knowledge?
Yes. During onboarding you can import a website, upload files, or paste company context. Softyu Office turns that information into a knowledge base so agents can work with approved business context.
Which integrations are supported?
Softyu Office supports business integrations across email, files, calendars, messaging, payments, code, social channels, storage, and webhooks. Examples include Google Workspace, Telegram, WhatsApp, GitHub, PayPal, Dropbox, and custom webhooks.
Is coding required?
No. You can configure the workspace, choose an AI team, connect integrations, and assign tasks without writing code. API access is available for teams that want deeper automation.
Is Softyu Office secure?
Softyu Office separates public pages from private workspace areas, blocks private routes from crawler indexing, uses OAuth-based integrations, keeps audit history, and supports human approval flows for important actions.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free during the beta launch period. Paid plans increase query limits, model capacity, API access, support, and business controls.
