  • Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Softyu Office AI workspace and its core functionalities.
  • To execute automated workflows, social media publishing, and task management via connected third-party APIs.
  • To process transactions, send billing receipts, and manage your subscription.

3. Third-Party Integrations & OAuth

Softyu Office connects with various external platforms (such as Google Workspace, Meta, GitHub) via OAuth. We strictly adhere to the API terms of service of these providers.

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or share your integrated data with unauthorized third parties. The data retrieved is exclusively used within your personal workspace by your designated AI agents.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. OAuth tokens are stored securely. You can revoke access to any third-party integration at any time directly from your Integrations panel or the respective provider's security settings. We retain your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your account settings from your dashboard or contact our support team to request complete data deletion. If you reside in the EEA, you are also entitled to rights under the GDPR.
