1. Description of Service
Softyu Office provides an AI-powered workspace that allows users to create tasks, manage files, and automate workflows via third-party integrations (e.g., Google, GitHub, Meta). Our AI agents operate based on the instructions and integrations configured by the user.
2. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- You agree to use Softyu Office only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- You are strictly prohibited from using our AI agents to generate spam, malicious code, or engage in abusive activities on connected third-party platforms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Third-Party Integrations
Softyu Office integrates with various external APIs. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and conditions of those third-party services (e.g., Google Terms of Service, Meta Terms of Service). Softyu Office is not responsible if a third-party platform limits or bans your access due to your AI agents' behavior.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to certain features or increased AI usage limits requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless legally required.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softyu Office and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, API limits exceeded, or actions taken by the AI agents on your behalf.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
